The card is easier to learn and teach because it contains easy to understand directions, fewer and simpler line sequences, and a less confusing color scheme. However, it has the same look, feel, and size of--and is compatible with--the National Mahjong League's annual card. This allows parents/ teachers to more easily teach children or seniors how to play while also joining in a game with others using the popular National card.
